I am an ascension guide,  intuitive/ spiritual life coach, meditation instructor, channel, chakra healer, and artist. 

 

In my one-on-one sessions, I incorporate chakra clearing, connecting with and communicating with your spirit guides, and meditation. 

 

In order to assist people in re-establishing their connections to their hearts and higher selves, I work with you to help release ingrained patterns and beliefs that are stored in their bodies and chakra systems.

 

Together, we will identify your innate abilities and talents, connect with your true authentic self, and create the life you really want.

 

Along with private sessions, I also provide group and individual meditation classes, workshops, and courses on a range of subjects, including manifesting, connecting with your guides, art and meditation, waking up your intuitive abilities, and progressing through the ascension process.
