Ready to get grounded?

Grounding is exactly what it say’s, connecting to the ground.

We live most of our lives disconnected from our body and our minds floating around in the ethers.

If we’re not grounded it creates a perfect opportunity to allow stress and anxiety to take hold of our being. Attracting all other energies around us. Including other peoples thoughts and anxieties and the collective consciousness of society, which for the most part is fear and worry based.

In order to stay grounded under stressful situations or challenges that arise you must be and stay grounded.

Here are a few simple exercises to assist when you need to stay calm and grounded.

1. Breath- immediately start breathing gently into your feet.

2. If you have access to the outside and some grass or earth take your shoes and socks off and stand directly on the ground and breath into your feet.

3. Focus on something solid in front of you and get present with it. This will stop the mind taking off on a journey and will get you back to present time and your body.


4. Focus and visualize the color red and your root chakra at the base of your spine and breathe down into that area.

Imagine you are a tree and you have roots flowing from your feet of base of your spine all the way down into the center of the ear
